The Dream of Future
未來夢境 - 單刷版畫發行
These works are made by extracting parts of several completed artworks of HUANG Po-Hsun and using softwares to synthesize them into new images. The outcomes are digitally output them on French handmade cotton paper and with final hand-painted works to form a new series of works.
This series of works is between the original hand-painted works and the limited edition prints. Including the AP version, there are 6 differnt works. It is discussing various imaginations beyond our reality.
將黃柏勳的幾件已完成的作品擷取局部，用軟體合成為新的圖像後，數位輸出於法國手工棉紙，再搭配手繪成新系列作品。這個系列作品，介於手繪原作與限量版畫之間，包括AP版共一式6張，討論關於我們對於現實以外的各種想像。
大學時期，藝術家黃柏勳的專長是版畫，後來因為顧慮到畢業後版印設備使用不易，才轉為繪畫。於是「版印」與「紙類」一直讓他念念不忘。
拜科技之賜，現在的「數位版畫」雖不像傳統版畫需要走入工作室，聞著濃烈刺鼻，混合煤油與油墨味的版畫，卻也在某種程度上讓黃柏勳這曾經的版畫人有了些許補償作用。
曾為業餘設計師的柏勳，常愛在Photoshop軟體裡玩一些合成拼貼的遊戲，學生時期的興趣竟然逐漸發展成另一種手繪之外的創作技能。他將幾件舊作品的元素擷取，合成為新的畫面，輸出成數位版畫。而靈魂裡些許古板的觀念，即使明知數位版也是當代版畫的其一版種，卻仍想要加些手工上色，讓作品增添一些手作感。
《未來夢境》系列，就是融合數位與藝術家親繪的紙類作品，共限量六張。
